Please read instructions below on how to submit updates for your projects. If you are submitting an update for a new project which is not yet in the PPM tool, please let the PMO know via this online form. In the near future, you will be able to create projects on your own without going through the PMO.

To submit a project update, please be ready with the following information:

  • Status
  • Health
  • Comments
  • Major milestones
  • Risks

    • If you cannot find the project because this is a new project in the PPM tool, ask the PMO to create a new project via this form
    • If you cannot find the project, and you know this project already exists in the PPM tool, we need to troubleshoot why you are not seeing the project. To do so, email the PMO Help at
